📝 Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets (about 5–6 oz each)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • ½ cup vegetable or fish broth (or white wine)

  • ÂĽ cup fresh basil, chopped (plus more for garnish)

  • Juice of ½ lemon
